  Awesome experience! Paul is one of the trainers who is super friendly and welcoming and makes modifications to the workouts to fit your fitness level. Shannon is one of the owners and is just as positive and welcoming. If your are looking to take control of your health, get results, and be in a positive setting, ruination crossfit is the place to be!
